Deluxe Edition 

This edition features a black faux-leather cover with embossed gold-foil lettering. As with the standard edition, this deluxe printing contains 722 pages of buckles and period images of soldiers wearing the listed examples. These copies will surely become collector's editions as only 250 copies are available.
